Captain America was the alter ego of Steve Rogers, a scrawny man who was enhanced to the peak of human perfection by an experimental serum(steroids). Captain America wears a costume that based on the American flag, and is armed with an indestructible shield. Cap has been a hero since World War II, but following the events of Civil War. Steve Rogers is arrested and indicted on multiple criminal charges. He says that he is not being arrested as "Captain America" But as "Steve Rogers". At the courthouse, a sniper shoots him in the back. In the termoil, he is shot three more times in the chest by Sharon Carter. Rogers then dies.
